The Department of State acknowledges receipt of the note dated July
1, 2009, from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of
Honduras and note No. DS/061/EHW/09 dated July 2, 2009, from the
Embassy of Honduras relating to representation of the Republic of
Honduras at its Embassy in Washington D.C. The Department will amend
its records to reflect the termination of Roberto Flores
Bermudez as Ambassador of the Republic of Honduras to the United
States effective July 2, 2009.
The Department likewise will amend its records to reflect the
designation of Minister Rodolfo Pastor de Maria y Campos as the
Charge d´Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the
Republic of Honduras to the United States, effective immediately.
